IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD OR ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, EACH PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SUCCESSIVE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT OR, IF ELECTED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT, IN MONTHLY RENEWALS ON APPROXIMATELY THE SAME DATE EACH MONTH, AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT.

As a customer, you are obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information for your billing account. You are responsible for keeping your billing account information up to date, including any changes to your billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date. If your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid, you must promptly notify us by email at subscriptions@vidaceuticals.com.
We have a return/refund policy for our products that you can follow. You can return items per the instructions in the return policy accompanying your product shipment. We will process your refund when the product is returned or cancelled promptly and within seven business days of receiving the returned product if purchased using third-party credit such as Visa or MasterCard.
